Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences, the first institution in India exclusively dedicated to the education of allied health professionals, was established in 1998. It offers graduate programs in Physiotherapy, Speech and Hearing, Occupational Therapy, Medical Lab Technology, Respiratory Therapy Technology, Nuclear Medicine, Medical Documentation Technology and master's degrees in Physiotherapy and Medical Transcription and Data Management.
