Mangshor Keema
Mangshor Keema is a dry Bengali dish made of minced mutton. Cooked in the base mixture of sauteed onions, ginger garlic paste, caramelized sugar, spices, peas, green chillies and tomato pulp, Mangshor Keema has a thick gravy. Mangshor Keema is ideal with rice.
