Manegaon Festival is a week long festival organized at
Manegaon in
Narsinghpur District of
Madhya Pradesh. Manegaon is about 25 km from
Narsinghpur.
The festival is celebrated in commemoration of Rudra Pratap Singh. It is held after the
Republic Day and festivities last for one week.
Different cultural and sports competitions are held, which is a major draw. The festival is mainly devoted to the folksongs and Choupad of the state. Sports loving people find great pleasure in state level tournaments such as Kabadi, volleyball, kho-kho and dos ball.
