Mandir Chamunda Devi

Mandir Chamunda Devi is situated at the bottom of a hill in the heart of Narnaul in Mahendragarh District. It is believed that Raja Naun Karan, a devotee of Chamunda Devi, built this temple.

The temple was ruined by Mughals after the reign of Raja Naun Karan. A mosque named as Jama Masjid was built at the same spot. After Independence, the people found the temple in dilapidated stage after digging here.

The temple was then renovated. On the occasion of Ramnavami a grand fair is held here.
