Mandani is a lofty peak situated above the south bank of the Gangotri Glacier in Uttarkashi District of Uttaranchal. This peak is in the Garhwal region of the Himalayas. Rising up to a height of 6193 m above sea level, this snow-covered peak was first ascended by Messner and Spannraft during the 1938 German expedition to Gangotri.
