Malpura is a small town in
Agra District of
Uttar Pradesh. It is situated between
Agra and
Kagaraul.
The district headquarters and the popular tourist destination of India, Agra is 15 km east of Malpura. About 20 km south of it lies Jajau, a prominent town associated with the Battle of Jajau. Other interesting sites within a short distance are Sikandra and Fatehpur Sikri.
