Mallam is a coastal village in
Nellore District of
Andhra Pradesh. It lies near
Chittamur. Located in the south-eastern region of the district, it is 56 km south of
Nellore.
Mallam was badly affected by the Tsunami that hit the Indian coast in December 2005.
Tirupati Airport and Nayadupeta Railway Station are the nearest airport and railhead respectively.
