Makrandpur is a small town in
Muzaffarpur District of
Bihar. A few blocks off the
National Highway 57, this place is 22 km towards the east of
Muzaffarpur.
Burhi Gandak, a major river in the district, flows close to the town.
Excursion to Patna will be an interesting experience. Kali Mata Temple and Ramna's Tripur Sundari Temple are the ideal pilgrim spots in Muzaffarpur.
This place is close to Sharfuddinpur, 10 km to the west; Katra, 9 km to the north, and Simri, 14 km to the east.
Makrandpur is served by Patna Airport and Silaut Railway Station.
