Maida

Maida is located about 4 km west of Viliena, in Sanguem taluk of South Goa District. It is in the south-eastern region of the district and is around 4 km east of Curpem. Curdi, Damal, Vichondrem and Sigonem are other nearby towns.

Around 10 km away near Zambaulim are the Shri Damodar Temple and Rivona Caves, which are worth a visit.

Sanvordem Curchorem Railway Station and Goa Airport are the main access points.
