Mahurikalua Temple is situated just 4 km off the state highway connecting
Berhampur with western
Orissa. The temple enshrines Goddess Mahurikalua as the presiding deity. The deity is having a shapely visage, smeared with red Leo and decorated peacock tails. Large numbers of devotees visit the shrine every year.
