Maheru

Lying to the south-west of Jalandhar, Maheru is in Jalandhar District of Punjab. This small hamlet lies on the Nakodar-Mahitpur road, about five kilometers from Nakodar.

Nearby attractions include Dakhni Sarai, tombs of Haji Jamal and Muhammad Momin and the 17th century Mughal Bridge at Nakodar.

Nakodar Junction Railway Station serves this area. The nearest airport is at Ludhiana.
