Mahanirvani Ghat, named after Mahanirvani sect of Naga saints, is situated on the northern end of Nirvani Ghat in
Varanasi.
It has four Shiva temples built by the Maharaja of Nepal. According to legends, Acharya Kapil Muni of Sankhya philosophy lived here during the seventh century.
Mother Teresa?s home is situated near this ghat.
