Magurchara is in Satchand block of
South Tripura District. This region lies in the eastern side of
Satchand, close to
Manu Bazar. The area population is approximately 2,000. Sindhuk Pathar (north), Sukanta Palli (west) and Rajibnagar (south) are the surrounding places.
Nearby attractions include Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary and Pilak (known for some excavated sites).
National Highway 44 passes nearby. Udaipur, the district headquarters and a tourist destination, is around 50 km north. By road, Magurchara can be reached from Belonia, Manu Bazar and Sabroom.
