Madhopur

Madhopur is a charming town located in Gurdaspur District, near Jammu and Kashmir border, in Punjab. It is situated at the foot of the Shivaliks, about 14 km north-west of Pathankot.

Major point of interest in Madhopur is a reservoir silhouetted against the Shivalik hills, created by River Ravi. Nearby excursions include Shahpur, Doong Caves and the ancient sites around Pathankot.
