Lobhia




Lobhia is a north Indian dish of black-eyed beans cooked with spices. It is made from soaked black-eyed beans cooked in a tangy tomato gravy, flavored with coriander, cumin and tamarind. This dal can be enjoyed simply with yogurt and fresh cilantro or as a side dish for curries.
