Lippa is a small village in
Kinnaur District and lies left of Taiti stream at an elevation of about 2,438 m. It is about 14 km from
Jangi.
The place is noted for the Buddhist monasteries devoted to Galdang Chhoikar, Dunguir and Kangyur. Besides Buddhist monasteries one can see an old sanctuary dedicated to Tangtashu, a local deity. Ibex are also rarely found in the nearby forest.
