Laxmi Narayan Temple is a delightful shrine situated at
Orchha, in
Tikamgarh District,
Madhya Pradesh. The style of the temple is a unique mixture of fort and temple moulds.
Laxmi Narayan Temple boasts some of the most beautiful and rare Orchha paintings. These paintings are vibrant compositions depicting various spiritual and secular subjects. Covering the walls and ceiling of three halls, these murals are well preserved. The post-mutiny paintings of the temple are very famous.
There is a flagstone path which connects Laxmi Narayan Temple with Ram Raja Temple.
