Lankapara Hat

Lankapara Hat, or Lankapara, is a town situated about 13 km north of Madarihat, in Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal. The town lies close to India's border with Bhutan. Nearby towns include Binnaguri in the west, Hasimara in the east and Joteswar Hat in the south. Birpara, Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary, Gorumara National Park, Lataguri and Lankapara tea estate are the places of tourist interest in and around Lankapara Hat. The nearest airports are Coochbehar Airport and Civil Enclave Bagdogra. Madarihat Railway Station provides rail access.
