Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Engineering and Technology is situated in
Moga District,
Punjab. It was established by the Shiva Educational Trust in memory of the great patriot Sher-e-Punjab Lala Lajpat Rai.
The college has B.Tech courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, and Electrical Engineering.
The college offers a well established library with books on all subjects. Technical journals and magazines are also provided in the library. Other amenities available in the college are well furnished lecture halls, tutorial rooms and drawing halls. The college also organizes workshops on machine operations, fitting smithy, carpentry, foundry, and welding. Facilities of banking and photocopying are also available.
