Lakhna is situated 20 km south-east of
Bhandara, in
Bhandara District. It lies along the
National Highway 6, around 17 km west of Sakoli and about 16 km north-east of Pahela.
Nagpur - The Orange City - is 90 km west.
Chaprala Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhamragarh Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhandara Falls, Pench National Park, Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary, Kanhen, Kukdi Khapa Waterfall, Muktagiri, Mahalakshmi Mandir at Koradi, Ramtek and Ambazari Lake, Sitabuldi Fort and Maharajbagh at Nagpur are interesting one-day excursions outside Lakhna.
Sonegaon Airport and Bhandara Road Railway Station serve Lakhna.
