Lakhipathar is a pristine village close to the oil city of
Digboi, about 530 km east of
Guwahati,
Assam's biggest city. It is 10 km east of Digboi and 60 km from
Dibrugarh. Lakhipathar is covered with dense bamboo forest contiguous to
