Laidlaw Memorial School and Junior College is located at
Ketti village of
Nilgiris district, Tami Nadu. It was established in 1914 by the Late Rev. John Breeden. Formerly the school was located at
Kodaikanal and later on, in 1922 it was shifted to Ketti.
It is a residential cum co-educational school affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination and managed by a Board of Management. It imparts high standard education for the students.
The school houses a well-stocked library, a hospital, and a dining hall catering nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Boarding facility is also arranged for the students. Co-curricular activities including debates, music, dramatics, photography, quizzing, and elocutions are conducted. Various indoor and outdoor games are also organized.
