Lady Shri Ram College

Lady Shri Ram College was founded in 1956. The college has more than 1,800 students. It offers under graduate and post graduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Journalism. Various diploma courses are also offered. The college houses a well-stocked library carrying huge collections of books, journals and newspapers. Psychology laboratory, internet and e-mail facilities are also available. The medical centre of the college provides basic first aid facility. The auditorium of the college can accommodate 730-750 students. It is equipped with modern facilities including light room, 16 mm projector and 12-channel mixer. The college hostel can accommodate about 300 students. The college café serves food ranging from light refreshments to substantial meals. A well-equipped computer laboratory is also provided. Wide ranges of extracurricular activities are available for students.
