Lady Brabourne College is situated on Suhrawardy Avenue,
Kolkata. It is one of the leading women's education institutes in India. The college was established in July, 1939 by Government of Bengal.
Courses are offered in Political Science, Geography, Physics, History, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Statistics and Economics.
