Kwar is a scenic village in
Doda District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 6 km east of
Kishtwar. The places near to Kwar are Dul (4 km in the west),
Ariz (2 km in the north),
Galar (7 km in the east) and
Kutal (13 km in the south).
At a height of 5,587 ft, Kwar is an ideal base for the adventurous trekkers who are on their trail to the Great Himalayas.
Kwar can be approached by road from Sondar.
