Kuzhalappam is a traditional crunchy and slightly salty snack, popular in south
Kerala. The main ingredients are maida, dalda, gingelly seeds, garlic flakes, cumin seeds and grated coconut. The dough mixture is rolled out thinly, cut into small rounds, shaped over the finger into Kuzhalappam and deep fried in coconut oil.
