Located in the eastern part of
Doda District, Kuta is a small village of
Jammu and Kashmir. This hilly area is about 14 km from Alwas and is an excellent location for treks and hikes to neithboi Mano in the west,
Kithar in the north, Chali in the east and Kundolu in the south are the nearest places linked with Kuta.
Kuta is approachable from Kishtwar and Chishot, by road. The nearest railhead is at Jammu, which is about 133 km from Kuta.
