Kuriakose Elias English Medium School was established on 16th July 1991, under the management of Kuriakose Elias Educational Trust (KEET) of the CMI Congregation. Named after Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the educated luminary of the 19th century and the co-founder of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), the school aims at churning out a generation which fits well in the intellectual and civic life of the nation.
The school follows ICSE and Kerala state syllabus. The curriculum is a judicious blend of academics and co-curricular and extra curricular activities aimed at the overall development of the student. Boarding and lodging facilities are provided for both boys and girls. Other facilities in the campus include well-equipped science labs, computer lab with internet facilities, computerized library, audio-visual lab, and language lab.
