Kunihar Valley




Kunihar Valley, which extends from Kuni Khad (stream) to the Tukardia village, is located in Solan District, Himachal Pradesh. It has an average altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level.

Topographically Kunihar is a cup-shaped terrain nestled in the middle of low hills, lined by the Kandaghat tehsil on one side. The soil type varies from sandy loam to loam and is very fertile. wheat, black gram, pulses, maize, mustard, and sugarcane are cultivated here in large scale.

Kunihar Valley is around 50 km to the west of Shimla.
