Kulathur is a small settelement in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala. It lies midway between Karamana and Kalady. The place is around 4 km from East Fort and 1 km from Karamana.

Kulathur is thickly populated and is one of the quitest residential areas in the city. Soman Nagar, Nedumkadu, Thaliyal, Konchiravila, Airanimuttom and Attukal are situated nearby.
