Kulajan is located in
Dhemaji District of
Assam. It is the starting point of the
National Highway 52B, which links it to
Dibrugarh.
A national highway project connecting Baihata with Arunachal Border through Kulajan is under construction. By road, Kulajan is linked with Dhemaji, Silahuti, Jonai and Sisitanguri.
