Kudra

Kudra is a small town in Kaimur District and is located about 13 km north-west of Shivsagar. It is situated on National Highway 2 and is 26 km north-west of Sasaram and about 20 km from Mohania.

Kaimur Hills, Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary and the Mausoleum of Sher Shah Suri at Sasaram are some tourist places nearby.

Nearest airport is at Patna. Kudra Railway Station is on the Sasaram - Mughal Sarai line of East Central Railways. State Highway 45 links Kudra with Shivsagar via Chaneri.
