Kottagudam

Kottagudam is a town in the Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh. This place has often remained the hottest place, recording temperatures as high as 51.3C. National Highway 221 passes through here. The holy town of Bhadrachalam is situated nearby. Nearest major places are Tiruvur (17 km east), Katapuram (13 km north) and Ippalagadda (22 km south). Bhadrachalam Road Railway Station and Hyderabad Airport serves Kottagudam.
