Kothapalli Temple, located about 8 km north of
Karimnagar, resembles the main shrine found at Nagunur, in architectural style.
Kothapalli Temple faces the south and has a central hall and
garbhagriha. There are
antaralas towards the east, west and north and a porch to the south. A separate porch is constructed on the southern side. Nearby attractions are Nagunur Fort and the ruins of ancient temples.
Hyderabad Airport is the nearest airport and regular buses are available from
Karimnagar Bus Station.
