Kotagarh Wildlife Sanctuary is located in
Kandhamal District in
Orissa and is 60 km from Baliguda.
Spread across 400 sq km, the vegetation conists of sal, bija, asan, sidha and bamboo. It is home to tiger, elephant, gaur, sambar deer, spotted deer, peafowl,
red jungle fowl and a variety of reptiles.
Phulbani is a major town nearby. Nearest railhead is at Berhampur.
