Korani is a quite residential area located on National Highway 47 (NH 47), in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala. It is situated about 30 km north of the capital city, Thiruvananthapuram and is just 5 km south of the municipal town of Attingal.

Nearby places of tourist interest are the Sarkara Devi Temple, Attingal Palace and Varkala Beach. Shopping and medical facilities are available at Attingal.
