Koottukari




A traditional vegetarian curry, Koottukari is prepared using miscellaneous variety of vegetables and Bengal gram. In this dish, cooked vegetables and Bengal gram are mixed together and the various ingredients such as mustard and beans are fried in coconut oil with little pieces of sliced coconut, curry leaves. Red chillies are added to this mix.
