Established in 1994 by Konkan Gyanpeeth, Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering is located in
Karjat,
Raigad District. It is affiliated to
University of Mumbai and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education,
New Delhi.
The college offers B Tech courses in Mechanical, Production, Computer Science, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Electronics and Telecommunication. Besides, a training and placement cell functions within the college.
The campus, spread over 31 acres, is inclusive of well-equipped classrooms, drawing halls, tutorial rooms and a library with over 13,100 books. Hostel facilities are also available.
