Konkan Fruit Fest

Konkan Fruit Fest is a three day festival in which a wide range of fruits from all over Goa is exhibited. It is held either in the month of April or May at Campal, 2 km south of Panaji. The exhibits include around 35 different varieties of mangoes, jackfruit and fruits from the Konkan sea belt such as jamuns, aonla and chickoo.

Konkan Fruit Fest is an exhibition-cum-sale and is open to the public from morning till late evening. The fest conducts seminars, and eating and carving contests. Music and entertainment shows are also arranged in the evenings. Another highlight of the fest is the fancy dress competition in which the participants have to dress like fruits. Different fruit products are also available at reasonable rates.
