Established in 1964, Catholic Church is situated at Haveli Kharagpur in
Munger District. It lies on the
Bhagalpur-
Jamui road, about 70 km from Bhagalpur. It was started initially as a mission house and the same was destructed by a dacoity. Followed by this, a new presbytery was built here under the leadership of Fr Chacko E O. He also established a new temple style church, the first of its kind in the diocese and it was blessed on 21st December 1996.
Bhagalpur Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railway station.
