Khanduli

Khanduli, often dubbed as the New Zealand of the east, is a temperate grassland in Karbi Anglong District of Assam.

Vast stretches of green-carpeted terrain, dotted with undulating moulds that resembles desert sand dunes in the clear moonlight is a sight of unsurpassable charm. It is a round-the-year destination ideal for pensive study trips, seclusive honeymoon and family holidays.

Khanduli is located on the Shillong – Jowai Road; 26 km from Hamren Sub-Division and 70 km from Jowai, Meghalaya.
