Khadda is located in the northern part of Kushinagar District in Uttar Pradesh. It is around 12 km east of Siswa Bazar and 30 km north of Padrauna.

Khadda Railway Station is on the Narkatiaganj – Kaptanganj rail route. Varanasi Airport is the nearest airport.
