Khada Patthar Peak

Khada Patthar Peak lies on the trekking route from Kalindi to Vasuki Tal. The literal meaning of ‘khada patthar’ is ‘standing rock,’ which refers to the sharp drop on the mountain slope. The peak stands 14,500 ft tall. The region around it is interspersed by narrow ridges and glaciers, which is the characteristics of the mighty Himalayas. While trekking to this peak, one comes across Sweta Glacier. Bhojbasa is the nearest camping site.
