Kethapayya Narayan Temple

Located at Mudbhatkal, Kethapayya Narayan Temple is a fine example of the Vijayanagara style of architecture. The temple walls are finely carved with figures illustrating events from The Ramayana. A huge monolithic dhwajastambha (flag pillar) stands at the entrance. There is a four pillared Navaranga (a hypostyle hall) and idols of Ashta Dikpalakas.
