Keema Matar




Keema Matar is a north Indian dish. Keema Matar is a ground beef and pea dish native to Jammu and Kashmir in India. A delicious food by itself, there is a vegetarian version for Keema Matar called Matar Shufta that uses milk fudge. Mutton, cumin seeds, onions, red chilli, ginger, and garlic are the main ingredients. It is used as a side dish with roti.
