Managed by the Central Railways, Kedgaon Railway Station is on the Pune-Daund rail route. The train connections include Mumbai-Hyderabad Express, Sri Chatrapathi Sahu Maharaj (T)-Gondia Maharashtra Express, Pune-Purna Passenger, Solapur-Pune Passenger and Pune-Daund Passenger.

The station is located about 48 km from Pune. Going west, Uruli Railway Station is the main station next to Kedgaon. Daund Junction Railway Station is the nearest railhead to the south-east of Kedgaon.
