Established at
Ramtek in 1985, Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS) is affiliated to
Nagpur University. The college is named after the great poet Kavikulguru Kalidas.
Surrounded over 50 acres, the institute offers Bachelor of Engineering courses in production, industrial electronics, civil, environmental and computer engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, MBA and postgraduate courses in engineering and technology management, and information technology.
