Karora

Karora is a taluk headquarters town situated on the banks of the Betwa River, in Shivpuri District, Madhya Pradesh. It is about 40 km east of Shivpuri and 50 km west of Ujjain.

Temples at Surwaya, Sakhya Sagar Lake, Madhav National Park and Madhav Vilas Palace are the places to visit.

The nearest airport is at Gwalior. Shivpuri Railway Station serves Karora.
