One of the longest caves in the Himalayan region, Karol Goofa (Karol Cave) is located at
Karol Tibba in
Solan District of
Himachal Pradesh.
At an altitude of 7,000 ft, the cave begins from Karol and ends at Pinjore Gardens. Kali Temple, Hanumanji Temple and Thakur Mandir situated on the hilltop attracts the pilgrims and visitors from far and near.
Situated 8 km from Solan, it is very popular amongst the trekkers and adventurous picnickers.
