Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath is located on the Kumara Krupa Road in
Bangalore.
It has been promoting visual arts and encouraging artists and has done pioneering work in the survey and collection of traditional paintings, leather puppets and ancient crafts of Karnataka. The Parishath's College of Fine Arts is affiliated to the Bangalore University.
It also organizes art exhibitions at both state and national levels. Its well organized seminars, conferences and workshops attracts crowd of both national and international status.
